Our 1-month warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues that occur under normal use, including:
Watch movement or mechanism malfunction.
Issues with the watch stopping or not functioning properly due to a manufacturing defect.
Functional defects present at the time of delivery.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required to claim the warranty.
3. What Is Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage, including cracks, dents, scratches or broken glass.
Damage caused by accidental drops, misuse or negligence.
Water damage unless the product is explicitly advertised as water-resistant for the relevant conditions.
Normal wear and tear, including fading, discoloration or strap deterioration.
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Battery depletion or damage caused by improper battery replacement.
4. How to Claim Your Warranty
To request a warranty claim:

Provide clear photos or a video demonstrating the defect.

5. Repair or Replacement
Once the issue is inspected and approved, Timensty may offer a repair or replacement, depending on the nature of the defect and product availability.
If a replacement is unavailable, our team will discuss an appropriate solution with you.

The warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from timensty.pk.
Proof of purchase is required.
Products must be returned with their original packaging and included accessories when requested.
Warranty approval is subject to inspection.
